My favorite property in Mexico City. Modern hotel, exceptionally comfortable beds, fine rooms. Magnificent location in Del Valle district not far from a mall and accesible roads and Starbucks. Also, convenient to be near many stores.

Greatly enjoyed the room with balcony, my bed was comfy. The location of the hotel was magnificent and particularly good, next to shopping malls and a large shopping mall. The area was secure.

This hotel is an absolute gem. the attention to detail is impressive - from the friendly and polite staff to the clean and well-maintained rooms. The beds are incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. Additionally, the location inside a shopping mall is a major perk, offering easy access to shops, movie theaters, and a variety of dining options. Lastly, the breakfast spread is satisfying, with a good selection of bread, fruits, cereal.
No major improvements necessary, everything was great.

The hotel is located in a bustling area, right next to a shopping center with plenty of stores and restaurants. It's a great place to stay if you're looking for convenience and entertainment. the room was spacious and had a nice view of the surroundings. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities.
The staff left much to be desired. They were unhelpful and didn't seem interested in addressing our concerns.

I had a fantastic stay here! The location is unbeatable, as this place is nestled within a big shopping mall with lots of stores and restaurants. The service was top-notch, and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. They provide great amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a fitness centre, and luggage storage. I appreciated the clean and comfortable room, complete with heating, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a phone with free local calls. The breakfast was delicious and convenient, and the bar/lounge area was a nice place to unwind in the evening.
I highly recommend this hotel for families.
